adalah kue yang terbuat dari campuran air,
lemak (mentega atau margarin), tepung dan telur yang dimasak, dibentuk ukuran imut kemudian di Oven kembali.

Udara yang terperangkap di adonan
selama proses pengovenan membuat kue soes
memiliki rongga yang besar.

Karena tidak menggunakan gula pada adonannya,
maka soes bebas dikombinasikan isian manis atau gurih,
biasanya isian manis kue soes adalah custard vla
yang terbuat dari campuran susu, maizena dan kuning telur.

Sejarah Beard Papa

Beard Papa dibuka pada tahun 1999 oleh Yuji Hirota di Osaka, Jepang dengan Puffs Hot yang Pipin moto 'Cream. Sejak awal Beard Papa yang telah berkembang jauh memperluas luar Osaka dan bahkan Jepang sendiri ke China, Korea,Taiwan, Indonesia, Australia, Singapura, Malaysia, Kanada, Filipina, Inggris, AmerikaSerikat, dan Thailand.
